Patients and medical professionals can incorporate a diverse group of products and delivery methods to create required personalized treatment regimen.
Patients can trust labels on products and that medicines are free of pesticides and contaminants with lab certified COA's .
TEXAS COMPASSIONATE
USE PROGRAM
The Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) is the state’s medical cannabis program, allowing patients with qualifying conditions to access low-THC cannabis (containing no more than 1% THC by weight). It was established in 2015 under the Texas Compassionate Use Act (Senate Bill 339) and has gradually expanded to include more conditions.
Do you have questions about the different forms of medical cannabis and which ones are the best options for you? Under the TCUP medical program, only a few options are available to patients, and many times they do not meet the needs of the individual. Join us to hear why we need safe access to various forms, and how It benefits patients.
We believe that to help them live better
lives we must advocate.
We are just a piece of a powerful nation wide puzzle pushing for safe access.
